Availability depends on capacity and the nature of the engagement.

Pricing is provided in writing before work begins. Payment terms are outlined in your proposal or invoice. Late payments may pause work until the account is current.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business and project information
• Timely feedback and access to required accounts or assets
• Ensuring they have rights to materials they supply
• Following agreed launch and maintenance recommendations

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables created for a paid engagement transfer to the client upon full payment. DBL SEO retains the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio and marketing.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Either party may end an engagement according to the notice period in the proposal or agreement. Fees for work completed remain due.

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of FL. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of FL, unless otherwise required by law.
